It's Friday and we're here with some behind the scenes shots from the production floor. We build our boots here in Eugene, Oregon and we're very proud of our process and the end result, and we think you will enjoy some behind the scenes action.

This heel piece is getting skived, or thinned, where it will be stitched to the quarters.

A resole midprocess, prior to replacing the welt, the old welt and threads are removed.

More custom Uplands making their way through production. This is a moc toe upland in Black Oiled Rough Out.

Some custom Black Washed Horse Rump uppers before the hardware is set.

Seaweed Crazy Cow uppers for a restock on our cap toe on the formal last.

One of those Seaweed boots getting welt attached.

Oh these Black Chromexcel boots are looking real nice, and almost finished at this point.

Black welt, gun metal hardware, black outsole stitch and a 430 half sole.

Each boot goes through multiple passes of sanding, here the final sanding is being done before staining and buffing.

This custom pair of Seaweed Crazy Cow uplands is almost done. Stain is applied with a brush and is then run along the buffing wheel
